Water, vegetable protein (24%) (wheat, soy), vegetable oil, starch (tapioca, potato), seasoning, oats, spices, onion, flavour, sugar, breadcrumbs (wheat), yeast extract, mineral salt (potassium chloride), minerals (zinc, iron), garlic, salt, vitamin (B12).
Preparation Instructions
Pan or BBQ: BBQ or panfry on medium heat. Ready in 6 – 7 minutes. Air Fryer: on 160°C. Ready in 6 – 7 minutes. Over cooking toughens and dries. Heat thoroughly and evenly before eating.
